Excellent stay, well priced with a lovely breakfast

Lovely hotel and a great sized room. Very friendly staff especially at breakfast which had a great choice. Definitely would stay again and would recommend for starting the Cotswolds way walk at Chipping Campden about 10 mins car journey away. Plenty of free car parking.

A great experience

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary & his birthday at this lovely hotel. The staff were all excellent & welcoming. They constantly checked that we were happy & comfortable.

We stayed in the Cotswold room. It was very luxurious, and huge. The bed was comfortable and both the room & bathroom were clean and tidy. There were also coffee & tea facilities and some shortbread biscuits which were a good touch. We spent 2 nights there.

The first night eating in was very noisy and busy due to the locals gathering at the bar, as we had to eat in the Bistro due to the main restaurant being refurbished. We were moved to a separate section which was a bit more intimate.

We also had breakfast the first morning there which was quieter. On our last morning we were able to have breakfast in the newly refurbished restaurant which was so nice! There’s plenty of space there and plenty option for a cooked or cold breakfast. We would love to return again one day and highly recommend visiting.
